Chris, Mariana and Rob have helped us with our boat maintenance and other matters since May of 2012. We have asked them to wash and wax the hull and deck of our boat, repair our Sunbrella cockpit cover and bimini, and restore the finish on our Haulmark cargo trailer. They have also made up carrying bags for our folding bicycles, provided indoor space for us to store our motorhome and our boat and, more recently, they have helped us with the sale of our boat. As a designer and manufacturer of luxury runabouts, we usually leave detailing to our team, until we met the staff of MarineMaid. Their work is equal to only our own where attention is paid to every different surface from mahogany, teak, leather and stainless steel. Without input from us, the team knows exactly what to do, and leaves us with boats we are proud to stand by even during shows. Highly recommended!
I had the pleasure of being referred to MarineMaid last summer. The recommendation came from another long time boater who seldom recommended anyone. I needed my boat detailed and did not have the time nor the complete understanding of the treatments that, when applied properly, could make my boat look new again. The immediate thing that impressed me was when I inquired from their website. I received a response in about an hour - very impressive. When I spoke to Chris and explained that I had a pressing need - his response was - "Let me see what I can do". It was followed promptly by "we can do it tomorrow" knowing that they had to adjust arrangements with other customer to accommodate me. The customer service that I received before meeting them was excellent. The job that they did on my boat was nothing short of amazing. I am delighted to recommend Mariana & Chris and MarineMaid by name.
Just a quick note to let you know that we are very pleased with the quality and timeliness that MarineMaid has provided to our clients last season. Estimates and work that was done for them was well received and positively regarded. Their attention to detail and finer touches made our summer on the water more enjoyable.
